Activity Description: In a grid (square) marked off by four cones, a student must pass a beanbag to another student who is moving to an open (unoccupied) cone.

Rules: Beanbags may only be tossed underhand. After beanbag is passed, tosser must move to an open cone in expectation of a pass.

Teaching Points: Show target and signal for pass. Stay low (bend knees), stay on balls of feet, and push off outside foot  in order to change direction quickly. Here's a videoclip demonstration. And here is another demo. To make drill more difficult, use a ball or add a defender.

Organization Points: Groups of three is best, but can be done in a group of two; also, if groups of four, one student plays the role of 'coach' to help classmates improve.
